Spanish automaker SEAT has officially announced the launch date for the redesigned Ibiza and Arona, scheduled for release in the fall of 2025. This announcement follows the initial unveiling of the two models in March 2024, as part of the company’s plan to modernize its small car range and strengthen its presence in European and global markets.
With the introduction of the new Ibiza and Arona, SEAT aims to increase its sales by 1.7% in the first half of 2026, a move that will strengthen its position in the compact car segment, especially in light of the increasing competition in this sector.
The company has not yet disclosed details of the engines that will be equipped with the new models, but it is likely that some versions will include mild hybrid systems, in line with market trends toward efficiency and low fuel consumption. SEAT is paying particular attention to the Ibiza, which it is counting on to achieve strong sales results in the coming period.
Fans and enthusiasts of the Spanish brand are awaiting more official information about the technical specifications and final designs of the two models as the launch date approaches.
